Die sportlichen Schritte bleiben an vorhandenen Teams, Terminen und der vorhandenen Teamkasse. Orgavio baut dafür keine zweite Sportwelt.
Vor dem Spiel
Kader, Fahrdienst, Startaufstellung und Bank greifen auf den vorhandenen Teamkontext zurück.
Währenddessen
Ticker und Wechsel bilden den Spielverlauf ab; optionale Videoanalyse kann bewusst ergänzen.
Danach
Tatsächliche Anwesenheit, Zeitraum-/Saisonstatistik und nachvollziehbare Teamkassen-Strafen schließen den Vorgang ab.
Trainingsassistenz im vorhandenen Termin
Der Assistent nutzt den konkreten Trainingstermin als Kontext und erklärt die Eingaben direkt im Ablauf. Änderungen bleiben Entwurf, bis Trainer oder berechtigte Leitung Speichern, Teilen oder Tafelübernahme ausdrücklich bestätigen.
Ballfokus ohne Originalverlust
Ballfokus und Smart Crop sind eine optionale Ergänzung zur manuellen Analyse. Der Marker erscheint nur bei ausreichender Erkennung; bei Ballverlust folgt der Ausschnitt nur mit ausreichender Sicherheit dem Spielgeschehen und wechselt sonst auf Weitwinkel. Manuelle Korrektur ist möglich, ein Export entsteht separat.
Klare Grenze
Alle operativen Daten bleiben im besitzenden Organisationsraum clubs/{clubId}/…. Die beschriebenen Abläufe schaffen keine globale Organisationsdatenbank.
Matchday & training
One workflow instead of isolated tools.
Sports workflows stay attached to existing teams, events and the existing team fund. Orgavio does not create a second sports world.
Before the event
Response windows, required decline reason, min/max, waiting list and reminders create a clear participant status.
Before the match
Squad, ride sharing, starting line-up and bench use the existing team context.
During the match
Live ticker and substitutions capture the match; optional video analysis can be deliberately added.
Afterwards
Actual attendance, period/season statistics and traceable team-fund fines close the workflow.
Training assistance inside the existing event
The assistant uses the actual training event as context and explains the inputs directly in the workflow. Changes stay drafts until the coach or authorised manager explicitly confirms saving, sharing or board transfer.
Ball focus without changing the original
Ball focus and Smart Crop are optional additions to manual analysis. The marker appears only with sufficient detection confidence; when the ball is lost, the crop follows game action only with sufficient confidence and otherwise switches to the wide view. Manual correction is available and an export is created separately.
Clear boundary
All operational data stays inside the owning organisation space clubs/{clubId}/…. These workflows do not create a global organisation database.
