Smart Generator für Kommunikation
Kommunikationsberechtigte wählen Zweck und geben Betreff, konkrete Fakten, Zielgruppe und optional eine Frist ein. Orgavio erstellt daraus getrennte Fassungen für Push, Chat und Dokument. Der Generator wählt keine Empfänger und versendet nichts automatisch.
Frag Orgavio bleibt rollenbezogen
Alle aktiven Mitglieder können nach ihren eigenen sichtbaren Aufgaben und Terminen fragen. Einen Helferaufruf oder andere Kommunikationsentwürfe bereitet Orgavio nur vor, wenn die Rolle auch Kommunikationsverwaltung besitzt.
Klare Grenze
Alle operativen Daten bleiben im besitzenden Organisationsraum clubs/{clubId}/…. Die beschriebenen Abläufe schaffen keine globale Organisationsdatenbank.

Smart Generator for communication
People with communication management rights choose the purpose and enter a subject, concrete facts, audience and optionally a deadline. Orgavio creates separate push, chat and document versions. The generator never selects recipients and never sends automatically.
Ask Orgavio stays role-scoped
All active members can ask about their own visible tasks and events. Orgavio prepares a volunteer call or other communication drafts only when the role also has communication management rights.
Clear boundary
All operational data stays inside the owning organisation space clubs/{clubId}/…. These workflows do not create a global organisation database.
